So, my girlfriend, a brisk walk can make the world seem like a so much better place, by curbing your anxiety and amplifying the relaxing sensation- not to mention improving sleep. Exercise is also beneficial in the long run, reducing the rate of cognitive decline as you age. It is also an easy way to entertain yourself if bored, is an exercise not your cup of tea? Do some light aerobics or go to a Zumba class. The active lifestyle allows you to meet new people and perhaps new passions. Social benefits in an active lifestyle? Yeah, that’s right.
