TEMA Athletics offers international shipping. Choose your shipping option at checkout. All international orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Customer is responsible for payment of any customs, taxes, or tariffs imposed by their country.

  • We accept returns for a refund to your original form of payment on items less than 40% off MSRP. The items need to be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. For returns, enclose a copy of your order confirmation along with the merchandise in the original packaging. In that case please send an email to with the request to return with order id. Only unworn and unwashed items will be exchanged or returned. Anything that has been washed and worn cannot be processed by our returns department.

  • During our deep discount sale, items are a Final Sale. After approx. $7.95  one way shipping, paying for a warehouse, employees, custom duty and cost of the garment, we simply cannot afford to do any exchanges or returns at such low prices. We appreciate your support so we can provide inclusivity in the fitness world. Reach out to us with questions on sizing if you are unsure.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • We can only process returns for purchases.


    If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with USPS. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.  Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.  However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
