Yogi, bootcamp instructor, wife and mama. Ann has turned her passion for fitness into a career supporting others with their fitness goals.
Here is her story:
I have a zest for life and I love to be moving! I take hold of opportunities and love to challenge myself and motivate others! I have a deep sense of community spirit so combining my love of fitness and community is how my bootcamp started. I love leading fun and dynamic workouts that push our bodies harder and accomplish more than our mind might let us believe we can.
My fitness routine clicked when I found the combination of nutrition, circuit training and yoga that worked for me. I knew I could offer that to other moms, friends and neighbors. We provide each other accountability, encouragement, competition and camaraderie. In addition to leading the HIIT workouts,
I am currently working to enhance my yoga practice on land, on water and in the air! But most importantly I'm a mom working to raise my two daughters. I want my girls to be brave, to take risks, to live an active, healthy life and be their best. And that's exactly what I want for myself!
